A signed agreement and required payment secure the date. Events are not reserved through messages or verbal confirmation alone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Explain what is refundable, what is transferable, and what happens when a client changes the date.

Client Delays & Additional Time

Booked time begins at the contracted start time. Late starts caused by the client do not extend the booking unless additional time is available and paid for.

Travel, Parking & Access

Clients cover agreed travel fees, tolls, parking, permits, admission, loading access, and venue-related costs.

Outdoor Events & Weather

Require shade, a safe covered area, suitable lighting, and protection from wind, rain, heat, and extreme temperatures.

Artist Teams & Substitutions

DAHC Art may assign qualified artists or substitute team members when necessary while maintaining the contracted service level.

Safety & Service Refusal

Artists may refuse service involving broken or irritated skin, contagious conditions, unsafe behavior, harassment, or an unsafe work environment.

Photography & Promotion

Clarify whether DAHC Art may photograph finished work and how clients can request privacy.

Custom Work, Props & Décor

Custom-painted items, special materials, balloon décor, installations, and pre-produced pieces become nonrefundable once production begins.

Force Majeure

Cover severe weather, illness, venue shutdowns, emergencies, government restrictions, and circumstances outside either party’s control.
